Honey Boom sauce 6-pack is also a marinade that’s perfect for poultry, fish, or shellfish.

Honey alone has been a traditional dipping sauce and spread for centuries. However, food manufacturers are now using it as an ingredient to formulate dynamic spreads, sauces, and dressings that add extra zest to meals. Lemon juice cuts through the sweetness of the honey but we added it because the acidity adds another depth of flavour in the sauce.

Fish or shrimp taco’s go well with this sauce. If you have a wok for some reason this sauce works its magic. We use the wok over an open flame tossing in the fish or shellfish and cooking using higher heats. Tossing the meat around in Honey Boom seals in the flavors you are expecting. Once fully cooked, load up the shells, dice with the cooking sauce, and serve.

When we prepare poultry over an open flame, this sauce adds flavor you can appreciate. It’s made with tequila so be very careful – and it’s flavorful !!! This sauce is best applied as a marinade or during cooking to bring out all the individual flavors. This sauce is reasonably mild but it’s got an adult ingredient blended in.

Recommended use is on Poultry, Fish, and Shell Fish. We made Honey Boom sauce 6-pack with NO additives or preservatives so you can taste natural flavors of the food you use the sauce on. We have added a small amount of cayenne pepper but those who can’t take the heat have no problem using this sauce.

Because sugar based sauces tend to burn, it’s better to start off with a medium heat and increase it based on the meat being prepared when using Honey Boom Basting Sauce. Honey Boom ships in a 16oz bottle.
