Description
With the arrival of a storm comes crackling from the sky and a big BOOM. That’s what you hear when using our Big Thunder Rub 30oz especially as a Sausage Making Seasoning. We’ve replicated that sensation in your mouth when you bite into anything seasoned and cooked with this rub. You won’t see stars but that burst of flavor is a noble replacement.
When you’re ready to unleash flavors, you should apply this rub to your food and allow it to sit for at least an hour before cooking. For meat, the spices absorb and unleash that “rumbling” sensation in your mouth with every bite. As with all our products, this seasoning mix is 100% additive and preservative free. We make all our seasoning blends that way so you can taste the natural flavors of the food. Using all natural products also allows you to know exactly what you are eating should you have spice allergies common or otherwise. Big Thunder is made to compliment food instead of overpowering them. I can’t give suggestions for how much you should use. What I can say is a do a light dusting of your foods the first time and decide for yourself.
Big Thunder Rub 30oz Usage:
The shape of the bottles makes it easier to hold on to especially when you have wet hands, is harder to tip over if someone bumps into it, and definitely will not roll around like some bottles. We have packed this seasoning and is available in three sizes for your convenience. A small bottle is available should you just want to try it out, a medium bottle when cooking for large groups, and a large bottle for restaurants or really large cooks.
Big Thunder Rub rub 30oz works extremely well on poultry, pork, beef, lamb, and venison, and is highly recommended as a Sausage Making Seasoning.
Ingredients:
Sea Salt, Raw Sugar, Cumin, Mustard Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper (30 SHU), & White Pepper
Because we use no additives, preservatives, or flavor enhancers, we recommend adding a mortar and pestle. That is because you may need to grind the mix when it clots. Clotting happens naturally and is why you find anti-clotting additives in store purchased seasonings.
