Bing Cherry Rub – 13.5 oz is our smallest bottle of this product. Our latest creation is A flavorful rub made with real Dehydrated Bing Cherries.
This rub is made with no salt or sugar so that a wider group of our friends can enjoy it. Perfect when you’re doing the “Low & Slow” dance with beef, pork, or poultry. This is our “go To” seasoning when smoking beef ribs. The Bing cherries release their flavoring over the cooking cycle and when sing cherry wood, the taste is outstanding. This seasoning also goes well with pulled pork over a long smoke. Bing Cherry Rub also does well when smoking brisket fat side up or down.
The thing about this rub is it holds up well with heat even when you’re not slow cooking meat. This has not been tested using seafood because we don’t think cherries and seafood would be a good match but we’re always interested in finding new uses for our products. We have not tested this with vegetables either but the cherries should deliver a nice clean taste. Our impetus for making this rub was because we search for new healthy products and we have found one here.
This seasoning is additive free, salt free, sugar free, preservative free, gluten free, and Vegan friendly. This rub is available in three sizes for your convenience while they last. We will continue to make this blend as long as we can get cherries. If you’re into competition cooking this rub will provide an interesting twist for the judges. They will not expect what they will taste nor will anyone eating your brisket or pulled pork at your favorite restaurant.
