Corrosion Resistant Octopus Hooks(2/0) are great all-around sized hook for live, cut, or dead bait. An angler will do well to have Octopus hooks in the tackle box. Octopus hooks work equally well with bait caster or spinning reels. The Octopus hook is designed with the eye bent backwards at a 30-degree angle.

Octopus hooks are like circle or j hooks, except that the eye is bent backwards. This is so that if you’re snelling the hook, the line can go straight down to the backside of the shank.
