Depending on who you ask, seasoned coatings aren’t boring. They take fried foods to the next level, whatever you’re cooking. Tailgating, the entire family, or a group of friends will tell everybody how good your food was. Our craft-built seasoned coating mixes are made without flavor enhancers, additives, or preservatives. That way the natural flavors in the food stand out and make people say WOW !!!!

A “seasoned coating mix” is a blend of spices, herbs, breadcrumbs, and sometimes other ingredients like corn flour, designed to coat meat, poultry, or fish, adding both flavor and a crispy texture when baked or fried; essentially, it’s a pre-made seasoning designed to create a crunchy crust on your food.

We are committed to providing quality products you can’t find elsewhere. These coating mixes can be used with anything. And when we say anything, that includes meat, fish, shellfish, or vegetables. Use our coating mixes as you would any other. Some apply this after an egg wash, and some pour the mix into a bag and shake it up. Whatever method you like works. One of our favorite uses is for breading and deep frying turkeys. If is sounds like frying a chicken, the only difference is the turkey is not cut up.

Many people do not like to deep fry indoors because of the smell. These mixes are aromatic and you can smell them anywhere close to where they’re being used. You walk into the kitchen and wow.
