The Rod Sock

As a fisherman myself, I've often struggled with my expensive rods being unprotected while underway, in storage, or anywhere in between. Here we have another example of a product created to address a problem experienced by all fishermen. Rods are expensive and are getting more expensive every day. Being able to protect fishing rods, expensive or not, is something I've grown to appreciate. Our rod covers are made using soft cotton and are affixed with spring-loaded drawstrings in our product we call The Rod Sock.

The Rod Sock is available for rods up to 12 feet long for spinning or conventional rods. The Rod Sock can be used for freshwater or saltwater rods. Anyone who has snapped off the tip of the rod can appreciate an extra layer of protection. This product was conceived during a trip across the open ocean. Watching a rod tip banging against the bulkhead due to vibration and rough seas was not pleasant. This sock absorbs impact during travel and muffles that "tipping" against the glass in the bulkhead.

The same sock is wide enough to accommodate loops of spinning or conventional rods. It was not designed to cover reels unfortunately but it does cover "soft" areas of the rod. Areas like the tip are sensitive and subject to snapping so it is our hope this extra insurance helps prevent losing your rod tip. From what I hear, rods are never the same after replacing a tip so please buy some insurance in the form of our product.

The Rod Sock Usage and Care

This product is made with soft cotton and slides over the rod from tip to butt. It is affixed using a drawstring and can be quickly released. It is totally machine-washable so you can throw it in the washing machine when dirty. What we like most about this product is its simplicity. The Rod Sock is available in white and tan.

Consumable products refer to products used for day-to-day living (e.g., food and clothing) that are used up or depleted during their consumption, Consumable producers are usually considered safe investments in any economic environment as these goods must constantly be repurchased. We have introduced a line of products that meets or exceeds the quality you'd expect for healthy eating.

The next time you're in the grocery store, look at the ingredients list on consumable products. That includes BBQ sauces, spices, and herb seasonings. If you can pronounce 80% of the ingredients you're doing better than most. What these labels are saying is these products contain additives, preservatives, and flavor enhancers. Look at our products and right away you can see the difference between our products and theirs. It is our goal to allow the natural flavors in foods forward as opposed to tastes created in a laboratory. We make healthy products for a reason and that reason is so you know exactly what you're consuming.

We launched a line of consumable products after successfully blending natural spices. To be honest, we also launched these products after reading product labels. After reading the list of ingredients, I left with no clue what was really in them. I'm no chemist but fear consuming anything when I don't know what it is. What you get out of using my products is to taste the natural flavors of foods. This opens a whole new chapter in eating. From the subtle to the strong natural flavors, my products allow those to come through.

Consumable Products Challenges

The only real challenge is keeping my seasonings. Because there are no anti-clotting agents, the products tend to stick after a while. This is easily addressed by using a Mortar and Pestle. Essentially, you need to grind the ingredients when they clot. The shelf life is unaffected and usually lasts a year.

The Last Brush

The last brush 2 is our first product created to resolve a nasty problem with grill brushes currently flooding the market. Anyone who has attempted to clean a grill has experienced the frustration of not being able to get pressure onto the grill surface. Another frustration is getting burned and reaching into the grill with a short-handled brush. That problem has been resolved with this brush and we stand firmly behind it. The last brush 2 has been made with a 36-inch handle. Additional niceties are 1-inch bristles and a hardened steel scraper. The brushes head is 7 inches wide, and 3 inches deep. This head is made for dirt and grease busting. Most buyers of this brush use it on large home or commercial rigs. We have had much success with ours and return customers come back to us for replacement heads. We did a comparison against other commercially available brushes and there was no comparison.
