Description

Here is where you can get a grill brush replacement head for The Last Brush. When your head wears out, we make it easy to continue using the best grill cleaning brush on the planet. These brushes will wear out because you’re scraping steel against steel. You should replace your grill brushes at least every season or more often for frequent grillers. Before each use, check your brush for damage such as loose bristles. If loose bristles are found, immediately discard and replace the brush.

Soak both the cooking and charcoal grates in warm soapy water for an hour or so. If the shape or size means they won’t fit in a bucket, try a large plastic storage bin. While your grates soak, clean the bottom of your grill and the lid. Brush any loose debris and dirt into the ash catcher first.

If an outdoor grill is left for months without being cleaned, bacteria and mold can begin to form underneath the grill hood. Not only can this be visually disgusting, but it can also cause cross-contamination when cooking fresh meat. In cases like this, you should NOT rely on high heat to clean the grills surface.

Heat Cleaning:

How Hot Should the Grill Be to Kill Mold? Grill mold grows on food particles you leave behind on the grates or grease in the pan. To effectively get rid of mold, experts recommend raising your grill’s temperature to 60 degrees Celsius or 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It is strongly recommended to use a hard steel bristled brush like ours whether you apply high heat or not.

In spite of its name, this brush head will wear out. It is possible to make a cleaning head that does not wear out but will be at the expense of the grill surface. The grill brush replacement head can easily be swapped out by removing the one screw using a simple screwdriver in 5 minutes !!!!
